There are many ways to interpret living from the inside out and commonly we may think about the outer radiance from the correct diet or exercise regime. The inside out living I am talking about is the psychology of congruence this is when the inside matches the outside which means being who we truly are both inside and out. We often do not have a great awareness of this but a fundamental first step is to raise your own self awareness. This is essential to mental and emotional wellbeing.
Self awareness is something that is often developed in the counselling room. This course is not counselling but self awareness can still be raised through the psycho-education focus of this course which is specifically designed to give you context and insight in understanding yourself. I don’t know who I am? or who am I? is a question large numbers of clients have asked over the years. Not so much of me but reflecting their own quest for meaningful self discovery. Who Am I?
